摘要:为了解决传统细纱机采用机械式牵伸结构复杂、工作量大、易出错的问题,介绍数控一代毛纺集聚纺细纱机的电子牵伸原理及传动装置、集聚纺装置的技术特点,并对新机型的纺纱质量和产量进行试验对比。指出:TH588型数控一代毛纺集聚纺细纱机具有电子牵伸、电子升降、触摸屏数字控制及智能化管理等功能,可提高毛纺纱线和织物质量;适纺性强,可适纺精纺机织纱、针织纱,适应原料纤维长度为65 mm~200 mm;牵伸部件经部分改进后,可适纺毛纺半精纺机织纱、针织纱,适应原料纤维长度为40 mm~85 mm,且能适应羊毛、羊绒、丝、涤纶、腈纶、天丝等多种纤维的纯纺与混纺。

Study on CNC Generation Compact Wool Spinning Frame

AbstractIn order to solve the problems with traditional spinning frames such as complex structure,heavy workload,frequent errors with the mechanical drafting device,introduction is made to a new generation of CNC compact wool spinning frame regarding electronic draft principle and the technical characteristics of transmission device and the compact spinning device.Comparasion test is made to the new frame both on product quality and yield.It is pointed out that new generation of CNC compact wool spinning frame TH588 is multi-functioned as electronic drafting,electronic lifting,touch screen of digital control and intelligent management,improving the quality of wool yarn and fabric with strong spinnability.It is suitable for spinning worsted woven yarn,knitting yarn with fiber length from 65 mm to 200 mm.The drafting components with partial improvement can spin semi worsted woven yarn,knitting yarn with raw materials of fiber length from 40 mm to 85 mm,and can also applicable in production of pure yarn and blended wool,cashmere,silk,polyester fiber,acrylic fiber,Tencel fiber and such.
