新疆与国外机采棉纺纱成本及质量对比

摘要：为做好纺纱生产用棉系数控制、生产成本控制、棉纱质量控制，分析新疆机采棉比国外机采棉部分质量指标差的原因，不同等级的机采棉生产普梳棉纱和精梳棉纱用棉系数、纺纱成本，清梳联、梳棉、精梳工序的用棉系数和纺纱棉成本与棉纱质量；阐述两种机采棉生产棉纱用棉系数间的关系及棉纱的不同特性；指出未来新疆机采棉和国外不同等级的机采棉的质量改进指标。

Abstract:In order to realize good control of the coefficient of cotton as spinning material, production cost,and the yarn quality,analysis is made to the quality index difference between the machine-picked cotton in Xinjiang and the cotton abroad.Introduction is made to the cotton coefficient and the cost with the carding and combing production with different grades of the machine-picked cotton,and in the process of blow-carding,carding and combing of the same.Described hereunder is the relationship with the coefficient of cotton between the two kinds of machine-picked cotton and the different characteristics of cotton yarn.Introduction is made to the quality improvement indices of the machine-picked cotton with different grades of Xinjiang and abroad.
