新疆机采棉及手采棉梳理效率和效果比较

摘要：通过对清梳联、梳棉、精梳工序的开松、除杂、除短绒、预梳理进行分析，说明各工序梳理效率和梳理效果对原料质量的要求，采用数据统计比较了新疆机采棉和新疆手采棉在清梳联、梳棉、精梳工序不同梳理效率而产生的梳理效果差异。指出：新疆机采棉和新疆手采棉的质量在一定程度决定了其梳理效率和梳理效果；梳理工艺和梳理器材专件的发展，可控制新疆机采棉的高危害性纤维、危害性疵点含量；采用强分梳、高梳理效率能保证新疆机采棉棉层棉絮、棉条的梳理效果，但生产成本较高；必须从新疆机采棉本身的种植、采摘、加工方面进行控制及改进，尤其是减少危害性纤维、危害性疵点以及地膜性异性纤维。

Abstract:The analysis of the processes including clear carding combination,carding and combing shows that different materials have different requirement on carding effect and carding efficiency in the above-said processes.Digital comparison proves the difference of carding effect with different carding efficiency with clear carding combination,carding and combing.It is pointed out that the quality of the machine-picked cotton and the hand-picked cotton in Xinjiang will be the result of carding effect and carding efficiency to a certain extent.The development of the carding process and carding accessories and parts can control content of highly harmful fiber and defects of the machine-picked cotton in Xinjiang.Strong carding and high carding efficiency can ensure the carding effect of the machine-picked cotton in cotton wool and cotton sliver,yet with high cost.Something must be done with the machine-picked cotton in Xinjiang in planting,picking,processing especially in reducing harmful fiber and defects,and mulch film contaminated fiber.
