降低棉卷含杂率纺C 14.5 tex纱工艺初探

摘要:为解决美棉物理指标差异大,一致性差,线密度小,成熟度较低,短绒和杂质含量较高的缺点,充分发挥开清棉机的开松除杂作用,以美棉纺C 14.5 tex纱为例,在经济性生产前提下,采取“勤抓少抓、多松少打、早落少碎”工艺原则,使除杂率提高了6.37%,棉卷含杂率降低了0.14%,落棉总质量增加了1 260 g,总含杂量增加了440 g。指出:纺纱时,除考虑原棉含杂率外,更要考虑原棉的含杂内容,既要实行“早落、多落”的原则,又要充分发挥豪猪式开棉机排除不孕籽、带纤维破籽和僵片等杂质的效能;在排除杂质的同时,也要运用气流规律适当回收落下的可纺纤维,以达到除杂和节约用棉的最佳平衡点。

My Tentative View on Spinning Process in Production of Yarn C 14.5 tex with Less Lap Impurities

Abstract:To solve the problems with American cotton such as big difference in index,poor consistency,small linear density,under maturity,high content of short fiber and impurities,and to give full play to the open scutcher in open and carding performance,sampling spinning process in production of yarn C 14.5 tex with American cotton,under the economic premise with the process principle of“short-time-span catch with less amount of cotton,open more and beat less,early removal with less smashed waste”,the impurities removal rate increases 6.37%,lap impurity rate decreases 0.14%,total noil mass increases 1 260 g,the total impurity content increases 440 g.It is pointed out that it is not enough only to consider the raw cotton impurity rate,but also to make clear in mind what it is in the impurites.It is far from enough to apply the principle“more removal and early removal”,what is important is to give full play to porcupine opener in performance of clearing sterile seeds,fiber broken seeds and dead cotton and such.When clearing impurities,it is important to use airflow law appropriately in recycling waste fiber for reuse so as to find the balance in impurities removal and cotton saving.
