摘要:为了提高棉卷质量和精梳产品质量,并对JWF1383型条并卷机进行优化,介绍JWF1386型条并卷机工作原理;详细分析其成卷皮带包覆卷绕技术、双保险成卷皮带纠偏技术、三上三下双区牵伸技术、全自动筒管装夹技术以及多角度棉条喂入技术;从研发方向、棉卷质量、生产效率、性价比等方面探讨其应用价值。指出:JWF1386型条并卷机最高卷绕速度为230 m/min,产量为600 kg/h,具有自动化程度高、成纱质量稳定、维护保养简便等优点;控制程序设计合理、功能完善,大幅降低劳动强度;产品性价比高,产业化前景广阔。

My Tentative View on the JWF1386 Draw Frame and Lap Machine Combined

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of cotton lap and combing products,and optimize the JWF1383 draw frame and lap machine combined,working principle of the JWF1386 draw frame and lap machine combined is introduced,and lap belt wrapping and winding process,double safety belt correcting process,three up and three down double zone drawing process,automatic bobbin clamping process,and multi-angle silver feeding process are analyzed in detail.Its application value is discussed from the aspects of research and development direction,cotton roll quality,production efficiency and cost performance.It is pointed out that the highest winding speed of the JWF1386 draw frame and lap machine combined is 230 m/min,the output is 600 kg/h,with high automation,stable yarn quality,simple maintenance and other advantages;reasonable control program design and perfect function can reduce labor intensity dramatically;cost performance of the products is high,and its prospects of industrialization is broad.
