单箱打包机油缸机构的改进

摘要：为了解决单箱打包机因结构缺陷存在生产能力较低的问题，对比分析单箱打包机和双箱打包机的优缺点，通过把单箱打包机原有的1个大油缸改为2个中号油缸和1个小油缸，新机构在不增大功率的前提下提高单箱打包机的生产能力，缩短了压缩时间，符合国家节能减排的要求，适应化纤多样化生产线的发展趋势。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of low production capacity due to the defected structre,comparison analysis is done to the both advantages and the disadvantages of the single-boxed baler and the double-boxed baler.Through the modification of the single-boxed baler with one cylinder of big size,a new structured baler is introduced with two cylinders of medium size and one cylinder of small size.It proves that the new designed baler increases production capacity without power increase,shortens the compression time in conformity with the national energy-saving and emission reduction requirements,meeting the variety development of chemical fiber production line.
