渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮传动接触应力分析及有限元仿真

为了解决齿轮在接触应力作用下,轮齿啮合面出现点蚀并发生弹塑性变形的问题,以打包机转箱渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮为研究对象,在实际工作载荷作用下,基于弹性力学赫兹接触应力计算

摘要:为了解决齿轮在接触应力作用下,轮齿啮合面出现点蚀并发生弹塑性变形的问题,以打包机转箱渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮为研究对象,在实际工作载荷作用下,基于弹性力学赫兹接触应力计算齿面接触应力和位移,利用UGNX软件进行三维建模、材料设定、网格划分、施加约束和载荷,利用NX NASTRAN解算工具分析接触应力和位移在轮齿之间的分布状态及沿齿宽方向的分布情况,根据接触应力分布情况提出齿轮抗点蚀能力的措施。结果表明:打包机转箱斜齿圆柱齿轮同一轮齿中间1/3部位受到的接触应力较大,两端各1/3部位受到的接触应力较小;通过使轮齿中间1/3区域淬火硬度高于左右两侧1/3区域硬度,或使工作面的淬火硬度高于非工作面的硬度,以及提升轮齿表面精度,增设防护罩,定期清理、清洁和润滑齿轮,可以提高打包机转箱齿轮的使用寿命。

Contact Stress Analysis and Finite Element Simulation of Involute
Helical-spur Gear Transmission

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of pitting erosion and elastic-plastic deformation of gear tooth meshing surface under contact stress,taking the involute helical-spur gear of baler box as the research object,the contact stress and displacement of gear surface are calculated based on the Hertz contact stress of elastic mechanic under actual working load.The UGNX software is used for 3D modeling,material setting,meshing,constraints and loads.The NX NASTRAN calculation tool is used to analyze the distribution of contact stress and displacement between teeth and along the tooth width.According to the distribution of contact stress,the measures of pitting resistance of gear are put forward.The results show that the contact stress on the middle 1/3 part of the same tooth of the baler box helical cylindrical gear is larger,and the contact stress on the 1/3 part of both ends is smaller.By making the middle 1/3 area quenching hardness higher than the left and right 1/3 area hardness,or the quenching hardness of the working surface higher than the hardness of the non-working surface,and improving the precision of the tooth surface,adding protective cover,regular cleaning and lubricating gear,the service life of the baler gear box can be improved.
