细纱胶辊机械波产生原因及解决措施

为了提升纺纱质量,避免细纱胶辊产生机械波,介绍胶辊机械波在波谱图的基本特征,从上罗拉轴承及胶管自身精度、胶辊的套制质量、精磨偏心、表面处理、磨削量以及车间温湿度

摘要:为了提升纺纱质量,避免细纱胶辊产生机械波,介绍胶辊机械波在波谱图的基本特征,从上罗拉轴承及胶管自身精度、胶辊的套制质量、精磨偏心、表面处理、磨削量以及车间温湿度7个方面重点分析胶辊机械波产生的主要原因,从严把轴承和胶管质量关、严格按照操作法制作胶辊、待用胶辊做好存放、上车胶辊做好检查和管理等方面阐述预防胶辊机械波的措施。指出:提升纺纱质量,纺织企业要多尝试新技术、新工艺、新器材;消除胶辊机械波,制造企业要提升胶辊产品质量,纺织企业要做到质量和管理齐手抓。

Causes and Solutions of Mechanical Wave of Spinning Cot

Abstract:In order to improve the spinning quality and avoid the mechanical waves produced by the spinning cots,the basic characteristics of the mechanical waves of the cot in the spectrogram diagram are introduced.The main reasons for the mechanical waves of the cot are mainly analyzed from seven aspects of the accuracy of the top roller bearing and the rubber hose,the quality of the cot telescoping,the fine grinding eccentricity,surface treatment,grinding amount and the temperature and humidity of the workshop.The measures to prevent mechanical wave of cot are described in terms of strict quality control of bearing and rubber hose,production of cot in strict accordance with operation method,storage of unused cot,inspection and management of cot on  on cotton spinning frame.It is pointed out that to improve the spinning quality,textile enterprises should try new technology,new process and new accessories.To eliminate the mechanical wave of cot,manufacturing enterprises should improve the quality of cot products,and textile enterprises should do a good job in quality and management.
