摘要:为了降低刺针针刺非织造布过程中对加筋层机织基布的损伤,设计了椭圆形截面的新型刺针,并进行理论分析、实验室试作和企业试作。结果表明:椭圆形截面的新型刺针在针刺过程中可将加筋层基布的经纬纱撑开,减少刺钩与经纬纱接触,从而使强力保持率提高至70%;但纬向强力仍损伤严重,这将是日后刺针研究的重点。

The Trial Fabrication and Application of A Nonwoven Felting Needle with Elliptical Section

Abstract:In order to avoid the damage of the felting needle on the reinforced base cloth in production of nonwoven fabric,theoretical analysis is done to the new felting needle with elliptical section before laboratory pilot test and the trial production.The results show that the new felting needle with elliptical section can produce warp and weft yarn distraction in the reinforced base cloth in the production,keeping the needle away from the warp and the weft yarn so that the strength retention rate is raised about 70%.It is a pity that there is still a big loss of the weft strength,calling for further research in the future.
