机采棉轧花皮清道数对棉纤维性能影响分析

摘要:为提高新疆机采棉清理加工质量,针对机采棉轧花加工皮清道数及工艺,设计方案并进行4点采样测试,以棉花平均长度、整齐度、短纤指数、强度、颜色级等为评定指标,对比分析轧花机后气流皮清、一道锯齿皮清及二道锯齿皮清对纤维的损伤程度。指出:棉纤维在气流皮清的作用下平均长度基本不变,两道锯齿皮清作用下长度下降0.330 mm;短纤指数在气流皮清后上升0.748,在两道锯齿皮清后上升1.290,短纤含量变大;长度整齐度、断裂比强度都属于差档位,SCI值不断下降;建议轧花工序加强对籽棉的清理,优化清理工艺,使得轧花机在保证皮棉质量的情况下,减少皮清工序中锯齿清理道数,以减少锯齿皮清对纤维的大损伤,从而加工出优质棉纤维。

Analysis of the Effect on the Cotton Fiber Performance of Machine-picked Cotton Ginning Process with the Number of Lint Clearing

Abstract:In order to improve the clearing quality of the machine-picked cotton grown in Xinjiang,as to the number of lint clearing and the process,design scheme and 4-point sampling test,with the average length of cotton,uniformity,staple fiber index,strength,color grade as evaluating index,comparative analysis is done to the lint clearing process with the back airflow of the ginning machine,the serrated lint clearing and the second jagged lint clearing regarding fiber damage extent.It is pointed out that the average length of cotton fiber in airflow lint clearing is essentially the same,the fiber length with two serrated lint clearing decreases 0.330 mm.The staple fiber index after the airflow lint clearing rises 0.748 and adds to 1.290 after the two jagged lint clearing.The staple fiber content increases.The length uniformity and breaking strength are off graded.The SCI values continues to decline.Something must be done to strengthen embossing process with optimized seed cotton cleaning,ensuring the lint quality with less lint clearing process and fiber damage,consequently,cotton fiber be processed as desired quality requirement.
