摘要:针对生产中异色异质纤维会对布匹表面质量造成影响的问题,介绍了电子清纱器光电检测系统的检测原理与系统组成,并通过人工制造与人工添加方法,对试验样机进行动态验证测试,测试其对不同纱号、不同颜色、不同种类异纤的反射与透射信号差异,并据此分析出纱线直径与颜色的变化,从而准确判断各种异色异质纤维。指出:电子清纱器光电检测系统采用透射光和反射光联合处理技术,大幅度提升异色异质纱疵检测灵敏度,具有高可靠性、低成本的优势,且检测准确率高,清除效果好。

Research and Application of Photoelectric Detection System of Electronic Yarn Clearer

Abstract:Aiming at the finding the solution to the production problems of heterochromatic and heterogeneous fiber,which has an impact on the surface quality of the cloth,introduction is done to the photoelectric detection system of the elctronical yarn clearer regarding the detection principle and system composition.The prototype test were dynamic verified by man-made production and production of artificial addition so as to find the signal difference by reflection and transmission of foreign fiber with different count,different color,and different kinds.According to the signal difference,the yarn diameter and color change rate are find out in order to judge the various chromatic heterochromatic and heterogeneous fiber accurately.It is pointed out the photoelectric detection system of the electronic yarn clearer,which combines the transmitted light and reflected light processing technology,greatly enhances heterochromatic and heterogeneous yarn faults detection sensitivity,with the advantages of high reliability,low cost,and high detection accuracy rate,consequently with good cleaning effect.
