大圆弧齿前面锡林金属针布梳理效果探讨

摘要：为提高金属针布的梳理效果，分析了大圆弧齿前面针布设计特点，通过其与普通金属针布在清梳联上进行对比试验表明：在同等条件下使用大圆弧齿前面针布时的生条结杂大幅度下降，结杂清除率提高，生条短绒率降低，其它各项指标均有不同程度的改善或明显改善；同时指出：要保证最佳梳理效果，必须根据梳理设备、所纺纤维原料品种选配针布。

Abstract:In order to improve the carding effect,analysis is done to the design feature of MCC with arced teeth.Comparison test with the conventional MCC proves that under the same condition,the nep is greatly decreased with efficiency and the short fiber content decreased when the MCC with arced teeth is employed.The other related indexes  are improved significantly.It is pointed out that to guarantee the best carding effect,the MCC selection must be based on carding equipment, fiber material varieties.
