梳棉机用针布失效判断及更换条件

摘要：为了充分发挥针布的梳理功能、延长其使用寿命，以保证产品质量，介绍了针布失效的判断、失效原因及针布更换的条件，提出电子化判断针布失效是纺织企业的期望。指出：在实际生产中应及时了解梳棉机及针布的工作状态，从人、机、料、环、法5方面收集试验数据、配合动态管理，正确判断针布失效并及时进行更换，方能够保证产品质量、提高客户的满意度。

Abstract:In order to give full play to clothing performance and to prolong its service life,ensuring the quality of the products,a judgment method is given to clothing failure and the reason as well as clothing renew prerequisites.The expectations of the textile enterprises are employment of electronic judgment  of clothing failure.It is pointed out that in the actual production should keep abreast of the working state of the card and the clothing.Five aspects including the operator,the machine,the material,the condition,and the method should be considered in collecting test data,together with the dynamic management,for correct judgment of the clothing failure for timely replacement, to ensure product quality and make the customer satisfied.
