细纱机高速高效工艺及器材配置的技术探讨

为了实现细纱机高速、高效、优质、低耗的纺纱要求,从细纱工艺的功能定位、设定原则、设计要求、客户及消费者最终价值与功能取向要求、前罗拉与胶辊握持应用以及新型创新器材的运用等

摘要:为了实现细纱机高速、高效、优质、低耗的纺纱要求,从细纱工艺的功能定位、设定原则、设计要求、客户及消费者最终价值与功能取向要求、前罗拉与胶辊握持应用以及新型创新器材的运用等方面分析了纺织企业工艺技术及管理方面存在的问题。指出:实现细纱机高速、高效、优质、低耗纺纱,除采用性能可靠、功能优异的器材并配套现代柔性工艺之外,应纠正企业在生产过程中脱离市场及后道需求,一味依赖器材、过度追求质量指标的做法,做到根据品种、消费者需求,合理、巧妙地运用器材的特长及功能,实现低耗、高性价比目标。

Tech-probing into High-speed and High-efficiency Technology and
Accessories Configuration on the Spinning Frame

Abstract:In order to make the spinning frame performing with high speed,high efficiency,high quality and low consumption of materials,analysis is done to the problems existing in textile enterprises with technology and management from the performance orientation of the spinning process,data setting principle, design requirements,requirements of customers and consumers with the ultimate value and performance orientation,gripping application of the front rollers and the new accessories.It is pointed out that to make spinning frame performing with high speed,high efficiency,high quality,and low consumption of material,it is not enough only to use performance-reliable and special accessories configuration with soft process,over relying on  equipment performance and excessive pursuit of quality index without considering the requirement of the market and the following process demand should be avoided.It is better to make full use of the accessories performance and the function according to product varieties and in a reasonable and ingenious way to achieve the goal of low consumption of material and high performanceprice ratio actually.
