纺纱机械及器材技术进步的新亮点

摘要：介绍了第十七届上海国际纺织工业展览会展出的纺织机械与器材技术进步的亮点，围绕提升纱线品质与节约用工、走转型升级之路的大趋势，从梳棉、并条、精梳、粗纱、细纱、络筒各工序入手，对涉及机械及器材的技术亮点进行梳理。指出：自动化、智能化、网络信息化是纺纱机械的发展趋势；注重纺纱器材的优选尤为重要，应重视并发挥其“尖兵”作用；国产纺纱机械及器材与国外先进水平的差距在缩小，在设备改造升级中要做好性价比分析以提高企业经济效益。

Abstract:Introduction is made to the highlight of the tech-progress of the textile machinery and accessories covering enhancing the yarn quality and labor saving,the trend of transformation and upgrading.Starting with progresses of carding,drawing,combing,roving,spinning and winding,the tech-highlight is reconsidered of the involved textile machinery and accessories.It is pointed out that the development of the spinning machinery has characteristics of automation,intelligence and network information.It is important to pay attention to the selection of spinning equipment.It is specially important for the enterprises to select proper spinning accessories and to make them play the vanguard role.It is a fact that the gap between the domestic spinning machinery and accessories and the overseas products are getting smaller and smaller.It is necessary to do price-performance analysis in the equipment upgrading for higher economic efficiency of enterprises.
