切削液集中供液系统在罗拉生产中的应用

摘要：为了提高罗拉生产效率和加工质量，降低生产成本，分析了罗拉切削液净化原理、切削液集中过滤供液系统及其在罗拉生产中的应用，指出采用切削液集中供液设备对切削液进行净化，可提高磨加工后罗拉的表面粗糙度和圆度，提高砂轮和刀具使用寿命，同时可保护环境，降低物料消耗。

Abstract:In order to improve the roller production efficiency and processing quality with lower production cost,analysis is done to the roller cutting solution purification principle of the roller cutting fluid,the integrated supply system and its application in the roller fabrication.It is pointed out that the integrated supply system in purifying the fluid is helpful in improving roller roughness and roundness,extending the service life of the grinding wheel and the cutting tool.The system is environment friendly and material economy.
