摘要:指出了当前细纱机传统系统缺陷,介绍了现代细纱机传动系统创新理念。分别从传动系统的牵伸、加捻、卷绕成形部分和吸棉装置等系统以及全机传动系统的协调和控制,解析创新的内容和发展前景。阐明细纱机传动系统应积极采用新型电机、单独驱动电机及电锭,推行变频、伺服数字程控技术,实现机电一体化、结构简单化、控调智能化等新技术,达到节能、省工,提高劳动生产率并降低生产成本的目的。

The Innovation and Development in the Driving System
on the Spinning Frame

Abstract:Introduction is made to the defects of current spinning frame of the conventional system,and the idea of the innovation of the driving system on the modern spinning frame.Analysis is done to what is in the innovation and what is in future innovation from the aspects of the drafting,twisting and winding in the driving system and the suction system and the coordination and control of the whole frame.It is highlighted that the transmission system should use new motor including separated driven motor,electric spindle,and the inverter control and the servo digital control technology is preferred,realizing the electromechanical integration,and the structure simplicity and intelligent control for the purpose of energy saving,labor saving,labor productivity increase and cost reduction of the production.
