摘要:介绍了锭盘的演进及杆盘的作用和要求,提出了对锭盘设计及其生产的质量要求,以最大限度地发挥锭子尤其是杆盘的使用性能;分析了铸铁锭盘的历史作用,说明了纺织技术的发展尤其是纺纱企业对高速节能锭子的强烈需求,使钢锭盘逐渐取代铸铁锭盘成为必然趋势。指出:设计制造更小锭带档的锭盘成为业内提高锭子转速、节能和增效的最简单、最实用的方法;为了适应锭带档尺寸设计越来越小的趋势,对锭盘的产品及工艺设计作出适当的改进及调整,并配套设计了新的工装;使用新工装保证了锭盘各项公差达到要求,缩短了工艺路线,对钢锭盘的快速推广起到推动作用。

The Development and Evolution of the Spindle Whirl

Abstract:Introduction is made to the evolution of the spindle whirl and the function and the requirements of the blade.Description is done to the design of the spindle whirl and production quality requirements in order to maximize the performance of the spindle including the whirl.The historic contribution is recognized of the spindle with cast iron whirl.The progress of the spinning process and the enterprises’ strong demand for high speed spindle spinning makes it possible for the steel spindle with energy saving performance to substitute the spindle with cast iron whirl.The practical method to increase the spindle speed with energy performance for better efficiency is to design the whirl with smaller gear of the tape.In order to adapt the trends of tape gear size becoming smaller and smaller,proper regulation and adjustment is necessary to the whirl product and the process with new fixture to ensure the spindle tolerance to meet the requirements,shortening the process route of steel spindle,playing a role of promoting the rapid popularization of the product.
