薄壁塑料经纱管的制造与使用保养

摘要：为了提高环锭细纱机自动化水平、实现集体自动落纱、降低用工成本，分析了铝套管锭子的结构特点、制造方法和工作原理，介绍与铝套管锭子配套的薄壁塑料经纱管的使用管理方法，指出在新型锭子和纱管的配合下能提高纺纱质量、减少用工、节能成本，为企业创造更大利润。

  Abstract:In order to upgrade the automation of the spinning frame for group auto doffing with lower cost,analysis is done to the alu-lined  spindle as to its structure, method of manufacturing,and the work-how.Introduction is done to the plastic bobbin with thin wall as to the service management.The equipment of the new spindle with the plastic bobbin with thin wall can increase yarn quality with low cost and high profit.
