薄壁轴承外壳加工方法的改进

为了保证薄壁轴承外壳铣扁方的对称度及尺寸精度,提高其生产效率,分析该轴承外壳的结构特点及车铣加工难点,改进其加工方法,利用柑榄弹性夹头设计新的薄壁轴承外壳铣扁方用夹具。

摘要:为了保证薄壁轴承外壳铣扁方的对称度及尺寸精度,提高其生产效率,分析该轴承外壳的结构特点及车铣加工难点,改进其加工方法,利用柑榄弹性夹头设计新的薄壁轴承外壳铣扁方用夹具。指出:新夹具具有自动定心及装夹受力均匀等优点,调整、操作便捷,通用性好;用新夹具加工薄壁轴承外壳,产品合格率高,加工效率大幅提升;该设计可为其他薄壁轴承外壳夹具提供新思路。

Improvement of Machining Method for Thin-walled Bearing Shell

Abstract:In order to ensure the symmetry and dimensional accuracy of thin-walled bearing shell milling flat and improve its production efficiency,the structure and processing difficulties of the bearing shell are analyzed,and its machining method is improved.A new fixture for thin-walled bearing shell milling flat is designed by using tangelan collet.It is pointed out that the new fixture has the advantages of automatic centering and uniform clamping force;it is convenient for adjustment and operation,and it has good versatility;after machining thin-walled bearing shell with new fixture,qualified rate of products is high,and high qualified rate of products,and its processing efficiency has greatly improved.The design can provide a new idea for other fixtures for thin-walled bearing shell.
