摘要:为了满足高速高产梳棉机及梳理新型纤维的工艺要求,介绍了针布的分类,并依据其结构特点与应用效果,分析比较了齿条式金属针布和植针式弹性针布在生产中对纤维的握持、分梳、调控、均混、吸放、损伤等表现出的不同特性,着重对两类针布做了力学强度、纤维充塞分析。指出,齿条式金属针布无论齿型设计或整体结构设计上,都具有很大的创新空间;新型高速高产梳棉机应用附加分梳元件,使活动弹性盖板面临设计上的突破和创新;对两类针布应用时应扬长避短,并通过创新和优化扩展其优势特性,规避或改善其弱项及不足,才能适应主机发展,满足梳理要求。

The Card Clothing Settings and the Specialty

Abstract: In order to cater the requirement of the process for high speed card and new fiber carding, introduction is made to the varieties of the card clothing. Comparative analysis is made to the wire-set MCC and the needle-set flexible clothing regarding the effect on fiber including fiber holding, carding, regulation, blending, suction and damaging considering the structure and the application effect. Highlight is given to the mechanical analysis of the fiber strength and fiber jamming for the two kinds of card clothing. Conclusion is made that the wire-set MCC has large room of recreation in wire design and the assembly design. The new high speed card with the additional carding element enables the flexible flat facing breakthrough and recreation. It is necessary to play to the strength and against the weakness in application of the two kinds of the card clothings and more, reinforcement of the strength is necessary with the recreation and the optimization of the card clothing performance so as to cater the development of the frame in carding process.
