摘要:为了解决国内锭子因补油周期和换油周期较短导致生产成本增加、锭子寿命缩短的问题,分析锭子润滑原理和国内外补油、换油的现状与差距;通过在锭子上安装环形槽密封盖、改进上轴承座结构,使高速节油锭子的使用效果得到提高,平均每锭每年可节约增效9.42元,更易维护,平均使用奉命是普通锭子的1.5倍,为纺纱企业降低成本提供了技术保障。

My Tentative View on the Oil-economy Spindle

Abstract: In order to find the solution to the problems including the cost increase of product and the decrease of the service life of the spindle due to the frequent oil recruit and oil change, analysis is done to the lubrication element and the status quo of oil recruit and oil change both at home and abroad. Installation of the sealing ring on the spindle and the modification of the structure of the upper bearing makes it possible to improve the application effect of oil-economy spindle with high speed, consequently with 9.42 yuan per spindle. And more, the spindle is of easy maintenance with the service life extended 1.5 multiply of the conventional products, hence the tech-safeguard for the reduction of production cost of the enterprises.
