锭脚的发展

 摘要 ：从锭脚的作用和材料选用入手，介绍了锭脚的制造成本及其在整套锭子中的比例；通过对锭脚制造工艺的详细分析，说明采用锭脚管和锭脚法兰分体设计的工艺，可大大提高材料利用率；指出，钢锭脚必将代替铸铁锭脚，企业应重视产品设计和工艺设计。

  Abstract：Starting with the performance analysis and the material selection of the bolster housing，introduction is made to the manufacturing cost of the bolster housing proportioned in the package of the spindle.The comprehensive analysis of the manufacturing process of the bolster housing proves that application of the seperated process design of the bolster and the bolster flange can markedly increase the availability of the material.It is forecasted that the steel bolster housing will be in the dominated position in substitution of the bolster housing of castiron.Enterprises should attach importance to the product design and the process design.
