变频器电力谐波的治理

为了有效防治变频器使用时产生的电力谐波及其对供电系统产生的污染及危害,分析电力谐波产生的原因、传播的危害、引起的功率能耗;通过数据对比,说明使用DTXB谐波动态治理装置后

摘要:为了有效防治变频器使用时产生的电力谐波及其对供电系统产生的污染及危害,分析电力谐波产生的原因、传播的危害、引起的功率能耗;通过数据对比,说明使用DTXB谐波动态治理装置后,电流有效值减小7.8%,5次谐波电流减小57.3%,功率因数提高2.7%,治理效果达到国标技术要求,年节省电量约为161 940 kW·h,且节省维修资金,提高了供电质量,提升了环保效果,达到综合节能的目的。指出:变频器类直流电源装置越多,产生的谐波电流越多,谐波治理要兼顾谐波补偿,DTXB谐波动态治理装置从谐波源本身治理、节约资源无公害、性价比髙。

The Control of Electricity Harmonics of Frequency Converter

Abstract:In order to effectively prevent and control the electricity harmonics in use the frequency converter and the pollution and harm to the power supply system,the causes,the harm of transmission and the power consumption of electricity harmonics are analyzed.Through data comparison,it is shown that after using DTXB harmonic dynamic control device,the current effective value is reduced by 7.8%,the fifth harmonic current is reduced by 57.3%,the power factor is increased by 2.7%,and the control effect meets the national standard technical requirements.The annual power saving is about 161 940 kW·h.The maintenance funds are saved,the power supply quality is improved,the environmental protection effect is enhanced,and the purpose of comprehensive energy saving is achieved.It is pointed out that the more direct current power supply devices of the type of frequency converter,the more harmonic current is generated.Harmonic compensation should be taken into account in harmonic control.The DTXB harmonic dynamic control device is controlled from the harmonic source itself,which has the characteristics of saving resources,no pollution and high cost performance.
