细纱机主电机变频器节能改造实践

针对传统细纱机用双速电机生产效率低下、无功损耗较大、纺纱张力不稳定的弊端,介绍变频器的构成及应用范围,提出对细纱机主电机进行无级变频调速控制改造思路,并举例说明变频器节能

摘要:针对传统细纱机用双速电机生产效率低下、无功损耗较大、纺纱张力不稳定的弊端,介绍变频器的构成及应用范围,提出对细纱机主电机进行无级变频调速控制改造思路,并举例说明变频器节能与功率因数电费的计算方法。指出:对细纱机变频器进行节能改造,可改善纺纱张力的稳定性,降低断头、减少毛羽,提高生产效率,减少设备磨损,且投入低,节省电费,还可享受供电部门无功功率补偿,是企业降低成本,节能降耗的途径之一。

Energy Saving Reform Practice of Main Motor FrequencyConverter of Spinning Frame

Abstract:As to the disadvantages of the traditional spinning machine such as low production efficiency of double speed motor,big loss of the reactive power,instable spinning tension,introduction is done to the composition and scope of application of frequency converter,stepless frequency control is proposed for reforming the main motor,and illustration is made to the calculation method of the frequency converter and the power factor of the electricity saving.It is pointed out that the energy saving modification of the converter of the spinning frame improves the stability of spinning tension,reduces end breakage and hairiness,and improves production efficiency,reduces equipment wear and cost,saves electricity,and more,enterprises can get reactive power compensation from the power supply department,thus,one of the ways for enterprises to reduce costs and save energy.
