摘要:为解决棉纺智能化设备检测失误、自动工作时顺序错位、故障停台等问题,介绍棉纺智能化设备工控系统装置的组成及可编程控制原理,分析可编程控制器(PLC)、人机界面、变频器、电磁阀与执行气缸、传感器等智能化设备机电故障类型与维保关键点。指出:智能化设备维保时要全面细致,勤检细查,提高机电控制系统的可靠性和稳定性,发挥其先进效能,保证设备长期稳定且高效运转,保证棉纺企业生产效率和产品质量。

Common Faults and Maintenance of Intelligent Cotton Spinning Equipment

Abstract:In order to solve the problem such as error in detection,order dislocation in automatic work and downtime caused by malfunction for the intelligent cotton spinning equipment.The composition of industrial control system of intelligent cotton spinning equipment and programmable control principle are introduced.Electromechanical failure types and key points of maintenance of intelligent equipment are analyzed such as the programmable logic controller (PLC),manmachine interface,frequency converter,electromagnetic valve and actuating cylinder,sensor and others.It is pointed out that the maintenance of intelligent equipment need comprehensive and meticulous,frequent and careful inspection,to improve the reliability and stability of electromechanical control system,give full play to its advanced efficiency,ensure the stable and efficient operation  in the long term of equipment,to ensure the production efficiency and product quality of cotton spinning enterprises.
