高齿密针布在机采棉纺纱的应用

Abstract:In order to improve the production rate of machine-picked cotton，the quality difference between machine-picked cotton and hand-picked cotton，and the problems existing in machine-picked cotton spinning are introduced.The specific measures to optimize the process parameters in the clearing process，the use of high tooth density cylinder，taker-in and flat card clothing in the carding process，and to solve the problems of large cotton cost and poor quality of semi-products caused by high neps，fiber seed and short fiber content in machine-picked cotton are described in detail.Through the test and comparison of the spinning examples，it is pointed out that the process of using machine-picked cotton generally adopts the principles of opening first and beating later，large impurities falling early，small fragments falling more，more combing and less beating，in order to strengthen opening，removing impurities，mixing and carding，and prevent excessive damage to the fiber.When the high tooth density card clothing is used in the carding process，the effect of impurity removal and opening is obviously improved，the waste percentage is reduced and the yarn quality is improved.To use the machine-picked cotton well，we should give full play to the role of blowing-carding unit，and boldly try new carding accessories while continuing to grasp the equipment，raw materials，process and operation management.
