摘要:为了适应高端市场需求,拓展集聚纺针织纱应用范围,介绍用1.33 dtex×38 mm兰精莫代尔纤维和1.3 dtex×41 mm绢丝纤维,生产莫代尔/绢丝 92/8 7.4 tex赛络集聚纺针织纱的工艺流程、各工序工艺参数设置及主要技术措施。通过对其管纱质量测试和混纺比测试,结果表明:莫代尔/绢丝 92/8 7.4 tex赛络集聚纺针织纱管纱质量可达2018乌斯特公报25%以上水平,混纺比达到设计要求;采用二次盘混工艺,改善纤维可纺性、提高纤维混和均匀度,所纺纱线兼具2种纤维性能优势且成纱质量稳定。

Production Practice of Modal/Spun Silk 92/8 7.4 tex K Siro-commpact Yarn

Abstract:In order to meet the demand of high-end market and expand the application range of K commpact yarn,the process,parameter setting of each process and main technical measures of Modal/spun silk 92/8 7.4 tex K siro-commpact yarn with 1.33 dtex×38 mm Lenzing Modal fiber and 1.3 dtex×41 mm spun silk fiber are introduced.The results of yarn quality test and blending ratio test show that the yarn quality of Modal/spun silk 92/8 7.4 tex K siro-commpact yarn can reach more than 25% of the 2018 USTER Statistics and the blending ratio can meet the design requirements.The secondary disk mixing process is used to improve the spinnability and the mixing uniformity of the fibers.The spun yarn has the advantages of two kinds of fiber properties and the quality of yarn is stable.
