摘要:为了提高织造效率,解决不锈钢停经片质量大、价格高、对纱线摩擦力大等问题,研发塑料停经片并分析其技术难点;通过试验对比确定塑料停经片厚度为0.35 mm、质量为0.07 g,及其自动穿筘的合适位置,并将红外线经停感应装置改进为灵敏度高、安装简单的集成式光电感应装置;列举上机织造实际问题并提出解决措施。指出:塑料停经片质量轻、对经纱损伤小,且价格仅为0.17元/片;实现了穿筘机落轴不换停经条、超低张力织造以及不上浆织造;相比不锈钢停经片,塑料停经片可实现10万纬经停降低55.11%、总体效率提升3.25%的效果。

Development and Application of Plastic Drop Wire with Low Friction

Abstract:In order to improve the weaving efficiency and solve the problems of large quality,high price and large friction for yarns of stainless steel drop wire,plastic drop wire is developed and its technical difficulties are analyzed.Through tests and comparison,the thickness of the plastic drop wire is determined as 0.35 mm,the mass is determined as 0.07 g,and the proper position of the automatic reed-in is determined,and the infrared warp stop induction device is improved into an integrated photoelectric induction device with high sensitivity and simple installation.The practical problems of weaving are listed and the solutions are put forward.It is pointed out that the plastic drop wire has light weight,little damage to the warp yarn,and its price is only 0.17 yuan per sheet.The device realizes the reed machine without changing the warp bar,ultra-low tension weaving and non-sizing weaving.Compared with stainless steel drop wire,plastic drop wire can achieve the effect that the warp stop of 100 thousand weft can be decreased by 55.11%,and the overall efficiency can be increased by 3.25%.
