石墨烯锦纶6与莱赛尔混纺纱生产实践

摘要:为提高石墨烯锦纶6的可纺性及成纱质量,介绍石墨烯锦纶6与莱赛尔纤维的物理性能,不同用量抗静电剂对石墨烯锦纶6预处理的纺纱情况,以及用52%石墨烯锦纶6和48%莱赛尔纤维混纺工艺流程;分析混纺过程中不同工序的主要工艺参数及采取的技术措施。指出:石墨烯锦纶6纤维纺纱时静电较严重,需养生处理;混纺时注意并条、粗纱、细纱胶辊的选型和处理;半成品存放时间不宜过长,应轻搬轻放、先做先用;温湿度应严格控制,偏大掌握相对湿度,可保证半成品及成品回潮率稳定。

Abstract:In order to improve the spinnability and yarn quality of grapheme-nylon 6,the physical properties of graphene-nylon 6 and lyocell fiber,spinning of grapheme-nylon 6 pretreated with different antistatic agents,and the blending process flow of 52% graphene-nylon 6 and 48% lyocell fiber are introduced.The main technological parameters and technical measures of different process in the blending process are analyzed.It is pointed out that the static electricity of graphene-nylon 6 fiber in spinning is serious,which needs curing treatment.In blending,attention should be paid to the selection and treatment of the cots for drawing,roving and spinning.Semi-finished products should not be stored for too long,and they should be handled lightly and used in chronological order.Strict control of temperature and humidity,large relative humidity,can ensure that the moisture regain of semi-finished and finished products is stable.
