梳理机的柔性梳理结构设计与工艺初探

Abstract:In order to reduce or avoid the damage of fiber in the opening and carding process，the concept of flexible carding is introduced，and the structural design concept of flexible carding machine in automatic wool feeding machine，feeding，taker-in and pre-opening，main cylinder，doffer，doffer stripping is described in detail.The technical advantages and selection of flexible carding machine are analyzed，and the points for attention in the mating of flexible carding equipment and carding accessories and the main process regulation are summarized.It is pointed out that the optimization design of carding machine structure is the basis of flexible carding，and the optimization of carding accessories and process，and the maintenance and management of equipment are the guarantee.In the design process，the broad concept of flexible carding should be well used，the essence of flexible carding should be fully understood and it should be run through the whole process of the system process.Comprehensive consideration is given to the human，machine，material，method，environment and other aspects to give full play to the performance of flexible carding machine，and card the fiber well.
