化学纤维梳理机的开发与应用

摘要:为了提高化学纤维的梳理效果,通过对棉精梳机的钳板传动机构、钳板开口机构以及皮老虎尺寸进行优化改进,研究落纤隔距对给棉的作用和梳理隔距的影响,给棉罗拉定位对梳理落纤、输出棉网均匀度的影响,优化锡林针布参数、下钳板结构、吸落纤装置及负压、梳理各部的张力机构等,开发了化学纤维梳理机,并进行纺纱效果对比。结果表明:将钳板组件减轻至2.25 kg且钳板传动机构的曲柄设计为70 mm,钳板开口机构弧形板弧长增加10 mm,优化偏心轴传动比、偏心距和皮老虎长度等措施,并配置总齿密为2.2 万齿的锡林、针密为26针/cm的顶梳,控制风道总负压为115 Pa,对飞花通道进行防静电喷涂,采用55齿张力轮、140齿台面变位张力轮以及皮老虎5 mm偏心距改造的棉精梳机,在温度为27.5 ℃、相对湿度为75%的纺纱环境下,梳理化纤品种适应性广、吨纱溢价高于同行10%~15%,可解决多纤维混合横向不匀的梳理难题,可将低端原料高端化,降低化纤纱原料成本。

Abstract:In order to improve the carding effect of chemical fibers,the effect of falling fiber gauge on feeding and carding gauge and the influence of feeding roller positioning on falling fiber carding and output cotton net evenness are studied by optimizing and improving the transmission mechanism and opening mechanism of clamp plate and bellow size of cotton comber.The chemical fiber carding machine is developed by optimizing the parameters of cylinder card clothing,the structure of lower clamp plate,the drop fiber suctioning device and the negative pressure,and the tension mechanism of each part of carding,and the actual spinning effect is compared.The results show that:the weight of clamp plate assembly is reduced to 2.25 kg,and the crank of clamp plate transmission mechanism is designed as 70 mm,the arc length of curved plate of clamp plate opening mechanism is increased by 10 mm,the transmission ratio of eccentric shaft,eccentric distance and top nipper pressure device length are optimized,and the cylinder with total tooth of 22 000 and top comb with needle density of 26 needles/cm are configu- red.The total negative pressure of the air duct is controlled as 115 Pa,and anti-static spraying is carried out on the flying passage.The cotton comber modified with 55-tooth tension wheel,140-tooth mesa displacement tension wheel and top nipper pressure device with 5 mm eccentric distance is adopted.In the spinning environment of 27.5 ℃ and 75% relative humidity,carding chemical fiber varieties have wide adaptability,and the yarn premium per ton is 10%~15% higher than that of peers,which can solve the carding problem of uneven multi-fiber mixing,can make  low-end raw materials high-end,and reduce the raw material cost of chemical fiber yarn.
