JWF1381型条并卷机气动控制系统的维护措施

为了提高JWF1381型条并卷联合机运转的稳定性及可靠性,阐述通过注意其程序设计中的手动操作功能及缺陷、避免控制气缸气管接错、调节接近开关与感应片间隙

摘要:为了提高JWF1381型条并卷联合机运转的稳定性及可靠性,阐述通过注意其程序设计中的手动操作功能及缺陷、避免控制气缸气管接错、调节接近开关与感应片间隙、保证接近开关状态良好、排除电磁阀和电子比例阀故障等,解决自动落卷系统自动循环故障,以及通过更换圆盘气缸密封圈、调节气动调速节流阀解决气缸故障的措施;介绍对条并卷机的电磁离合器、牵伸加压部位、夹持检测机构进行改造的技术要点。指出:采用干式单片电磁离合器代替多片式电磁离合器,无残留扭矩,离合动作响应快,组装维护简便,散热性和稳定性好;在条并卷机前后牵伸装置的左边防护罩上各加装1个接近开关,可解决加压挂钩未挂上加压销轴也能开车和出现超重棉卷问题;将条并卷机筒管夹持检测机构的接近开关用易拉扎带绑在与升降臂相连接的撑挡结合件上,同时调节左、右两路圆盘接近开关与圆盘的间隙为2 mm,可减轻工人劳动强度,降低因设备故障导致的停台率;设备人员应熟练掌握设备气动传动控制系统的操作要领、故障诊断技巧并及时排除故障。

Maintenance Measures for Pneumatic Control System of JWF1381 Draw

Abstract:In order to improve the running stability and reliability of JWF1381 draw frame and lap machine combined,how to solve the automatic cycle failure of automatic doff system by paying attention to the manual operation function and defects in the program design,avoiding the wrong connection of control pneumatic cylinder gas pipe,adjusting the gap between near-switch and induction plate,ensuring the good condition of near-switch,eliminating the failure of solenoid valve and electronic proportional valve,etc.,are described.The measures to solve the pneumatic cylinder failure by replacing the sealing ring of the disc pneumatic cylinder and adjusting the pneumatic speeder throttle valve are expounded.The technical points of reforming the electromagnetic clutch, the draft pressure part and the clamping detection mechanism of the draw frame and lap machine combined are introduced.It is pointed out that the use of dry single plate electromagnetic clutch instead of multi-plate electromagnetic clutch,has no residual torque,and is fast clutch action response,simple assembly and maintenance,good heat dissipation and stability.A near-switch is installed on the left protective cover of the front and rear dr-afting devices of the draw frame and lap machine combined,which can solve the problem that the pressure hook can be driven without hanging the pressure pin shaft and there are overweight cotton rolls.The near-switch of the bobbin clamping detection mechanism of the draw frame and lap machine combined is tied to the retaining joint connected with the lifting arm with an easy pulling strap.At the same time,the gap between the left and right disc near-switch and disc is adjusted to 2 mm,which can reduce the labor intensity of workers and reduce the stop rate caused by equipment failure.Equipment personnel should master the operation essentials of pneumatic transmission control system of equipment,fault diagnosis skills and troubleshooting in time.
