Abstract:Aiming at the high incidence of posterior cranial fossa infection and pressure injury in neurosurgery patients，the design key points of multi-functional wound medical protective pillow and the production method of pillow fabric are described from three aspects：pillow design shape，pillow core material and pillow fabric.The antibacterial activity of graphene/polyester/cotton blended fabric of pillow fabric is tested by shaking method and clinical observation is carried out.The antibacterial activity of the fabric is considered to meet the standard requirements.It is pointed out that the use of graphene/polyester/cotton blended fabric as pillow fabric can reduce the incidence of surgical infection and wound pressure injury in patients undergoing posterior cranial fossa surgery.
