剑杆织机工艺参数设定的探讨

Abstract:In order to give full play to the advantages of wide adaptability，stable weft insertion and multi-color weft insertion of rapier loom，the GA731B rapier loom is taken as an example to illustrate the function and movement time of its five motion mechanisms：opening，weft insertion，beating，take-up and let-off.The development trend of rapier loom is prospected by analyzing the requirements of opening，weft insertion and beating process parameters and their influences on fabric style and weaving production.It is pointed out that the reasonable coordination of five motion mechanisms of rapier loom and the reasonable setting of various process parameters can not only ensure the smooth weaving process，improve the weaving efficiency，but also improve the quality of grey fabric.Automation，high speed and diversification of product structure are the developing directions of rapier loom in the future.
