摘要:为了提高纺纱质量,分析纱线条干CVb最差值的成因;阐述降低半制品重量不匀率、强力不匀率以及捻度不匀率的措施。指出:应重点控制生条及并条的重量偏差;减少大中小粗纱伸长率差异以及前后排条子张力差异等以降低粗纱重量不匀;细纱工序纺同品种宜采用同机型并加强粗纱捉疵力度、保证牵伸稳定;应重视纱线的强力弱环和捻度不匀对CVb值的影响。

Analysis of the Worst CVb Value of Spinning Yarn

Abstract:In order to improve the spinning quality,the cause of the worst CVb value of yarn is analyzed;it is expounded the measures that to reduce the weight unevenness of half products,strength unevenness and twist unevenness. It is pointed out that we should focus on controlling the weight deviation of card sliver and drawing.Reducing the difference between large and medium roving elongation and the difference between front and back row sliver tension to reduce the uneven weight of roving.In the spinning process,the same type machine should be adopted for the same yarn variety,efforts to find defects should be strengthened and stable drafting should be ensured.We should pay attention to the influence of yarn strength weakness and twist unevenness on CVb value.
