摘要:为了提高条干均匀度、减少粗细节,以实例探讨了在细纱机上配置V型牵伸,在纺纱工艺、器材配置相同条件下,5个不同机台配置后区压力棒和无压力棒纺集聚纺高配棉18.17 tex纱的成纱指标,并进行对比分析。结果表明:V型牵伸增加后区压力棒对成纱质量指标改善起积极作用,对条干CV值、-40%细节和+35%粗节改善较为明显。

Spinning Practice of Rear-zone Pressure Bar of V-type Drafting

Abstract:In order to improve the yarn evenness and reduce nubs fine ends,the V-type drafting configuration of the spinning frame,and the yarn quality indexes of compact high cotton 18.17 tex yarn spinning with rear-zone pressure bar and no pressure bar of five different machines under the same conditions of the spinning processes and accessories configuration are discussed by spinning case,and compared and analyzed.The results show that V-type drafting added with the rear-zone pressure bar has a positive effect on the improvement of yarn quality index,and the evenness CV value,-40% fine ends and +35% nubs are significantly improved.
