精梳工序降低针织面料疵点的措施探讨

摘要:为降低针织面料上的死棉、白星、毛粒毛球、色点等疵点,分析针织面料疵点产生原因,通过探讨锡林和顶梳齿密与精梳条疵点的关系、除尘室吸附压力与针织面料疵点的关系、精梳条质量与针织面料疵点的关系,总结精梳工序减少精梳条死棉、白星、毛粒毛球、色点等疵点的具体措施。指出:减少精梳机锡林和顶梳嵌花、断齿,增加齿密,提高吸附压力、保证吸附畅通,降低精梳条棉结、带纤维籽屑、短绒率和未成熟纤维含量,做好精梳工序的质量控制、生产操作、清洁工作、温湿度控制、设备器材维护和周期性保养更换等,能有效降低疵点,稳定针织面料质量。

Discussion on Reducing Knitting Fabric Defect in Combing Process

Abstract:In order to reduce the defects of dead cotton,white star,neps and pilling,and color points on knitting fabric,the causes of knitting fabric defects are analyzed.The relationship between tooth density of cylinder and top comb and combed sliver defects,the relationship between adsorption pressure of dust removal chamber and knitting fabric defects,the relationship between combed sliver quality and knitting fabric defects,and the specific measures to reduce the defects of combed sliver,such as dead cotton,white star,neps and pilling,and color points in combing process are summarized.It is pointed out that reducing comber cylinder and top comb  inlaying and broken teeth,increasing tooth density,improving the adsorption pressure to ensure smooth adsorption,reducing the content of combed sliver knots,seed coat fragments,short fiber,and immature fiber,do a good job in quality control,production operation, cleaning work,temperature and humidity control,equipment and accessories maintenance and periodic maintenance and replacement in combing process,can effectively reduce the defects,stable knitted fabric quality.
