略谈精梳机前进给棉工艺的合理设置

摘要:为了获得良好的成纱质量和原料利用率,分析前进给棉和后退给棉方式对恒速梳理精梳机、变速梳理精梳机以及精梳落棉率的影响;从顶梳质量的要求、齿密配置、操作要点,精梳不同梳理方案对成纱质量的影响、精梳锡林齿面圆心角和总梳理点等方面阐述精梳梳理元件的优选配置。指出:在恒速梳理精梳机上采用前进给棉和后退给棉方式成纱质量基本一致;变速梳理精梳机更适用于前进给棉工艺;在前进给棉工艺中,顶梳影响精梳总落棉率达50%~60%;在齿片不嵌花情况下,尽可能地增加齿密和插入深度,可最大限度地发挥顶梳的梳理效能;在保证容纤空间前提下,尽可能增加精梳锡林总梳理点的关键是采用大齿面圆心角或超大齿面圆心角锡林。

A Brief Discussion on the Reasonable Setting of Forward Cotton Feeding Process For Comber

Abstract:In order to obtain good yarn quality and raw material utilization rate,the influence of forward and backward cotton feeding on constant speed and variable speed combers and combing waste percentage are analyzed.Optimization and configuration of combing elements are elaborated from the aspects of the requirements of top comb quality,tooth density configuration and operation points,the influence of different combing schemes on the yarn quality,the central angle of the tooth surface and the total combing point of combing cylinder.It is pointed out that the yarn quality is basically the same when the forward and backward feeding methods are used in the constant speed combing machine.Variable speed comber is more suitable for forward cotton feeding process;in the forward feeding process,the top combing affects the total waste percentage by 50%~60%.In the case that the tooth pieces are not embedded,the tooth density and insertion depth should be increased as much as possible to maximize the combing efficiency of the top comb.The key to increase the total combing point of coming cylinder as much as possible under the premise of ensuring the volume and fiber space is to use the cylinder with large or super large central angle of tooth surface.
