提高喷气织机用综框通用性的改造方案

Abstract:In order to improve the commonality of heald frame for air-jet loom and reduce heald frame reserves，one side of heald frame side block for Toyota air-jet loom is widened by 36 mm，and the left side of the heald frame guide groove remains motionless，only the position of the right guide groove is adjusted so that it is perpendicular to the large connecting rod，to make the length is consistent and the model is universal of the Toyota and Tsudakoma heald frame for air-jet loom with the same width.It is pointed out that the commonality of the modified heald frame is improved，which realizes centralized management and unified scheduling，reduces the heald frame reserve and saves the purchasing cost of heald frame.
