浅议细纱工序产质量控制方法

Abstract:In order to improve yield and quality of spinning process，the influence of the running state of drafting parts，roving weight per unit and twist factor，the selection of rings and travellers，the selection of collectors and cots，the operation management，the selection of raw materials，the control of temperature and humidity on the yield and quality of spinning yarn are analyzed in detail，and the corresponding improvement measures are summarized.It is pointed out that the yield and quality of spinning process has an important influence on the yield and quality of yarn.Spinning production equipment is the foundation，operation is the key，and process is the core；the key to improving the yield and quality of spinning process is to strengthen the basic management of human，machine，material，method and environment，optimize the process and accessories，do a good job in process control， and form a standardized，rigorous and effective quality assurance system.
