Abstract:In order to give better play to the utility of autolevelling drawing frame，taking Rieter autolevelling drawing frame RSB D24c as an example，the working principle of autolevelling，and the definition and adjustment method of three elements of uniform strength，low speed adjustment and levelling point are introduced.The adjustment steps and consequences of improper adjustment are explained through production examples and illustrations；the preconditions and the calibration period of adjustment，and the method of evaluating the calibration quality of uniform parameters are analyzed.It is pointed out that only using autolevelling drawing frame well，ensuring that the parameters of autolevelling drawing frame are set reasonably and accurately，and checking and calibrating regularly，can the autolevelling drawing frame give full play to its utility and produce high quality sliver.
