中空高导湿纤维纺纱实践

为解决中空纤维强力低、易脆断、纯纺难度大的“不可纺”问题,成立“全气候热湿舒适纱线设计与制造关键技术”课题组并建立数学模型,根据中空纤维成品质量指标和纤维特点

摘要:为解决中空纤维强力低、易脆断、纯纺难度大的“不可纺”问题,成立“全气候热湿舒适纱线设计与制造关键技术”课题组并建立数学模型,根据中空纤维成品质量指标和纤维特点,分析纺纱工艺流程、梳理器材选用和工艺设计要点;通过对比4种试纺方案成纱指标,表明80%中空纤维与20%粘胶纤维混纺,是纺纱的理想结构。指出:中空纤维混纺生活明显改善,纺细号纱时需降低比例;应贯穿“减少握持打击,柔性梳理,谨慎牵伸”的工艺原则,并调整好并条工艺;用优质的中空纤维配合工艺调整,成纱外观光洁、纱疵少,柔软性好,各项指标均达到针织纱标准,解决了中空纤维“不可纺”的问题。

Spinning Practice of Hollow and High Moisture-conducting Fiber

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of“non-spinning”such as low strength,brittle breaking and difficult to spin pure yarn of hollow fiber,the research group of“Key Technology of Design and Manufacture of All-climate Hot and Wet Comfortable Yarn”is established and a mathematical model is established.According to the quality index and fiber characteristics of hollow fiber,the spinning process,carding accessories selection and key points of process design are analyzed.By comparing the yarn indexes of the four trial spinning schemes,it is indicated that it is the ideal structure for spinning blended yarn with 80% hollow fiber and 20% viscose fiber.It is pointed out that production condition of hollow fiber blending is obviously improved,and the proportion for fine count yarn needs to be reduced.Hollow fiber spinning should be carried through the process principle of“reducing hold striking,flexible carding,careful drafting”,and the drawing process should be adjusted.Use high quality hollow fiber and technical adjustment,the finished yarn has bright appearance,few yarn defects and good softness,and all indexes can meet knitting yarn standards,and problem of“non-spinning”of hollow fiber is solved.
