中小型棉纺企业技改的选择

Abstract:In order to reduce the employment level and realize high-quality development of small and medium sized cotton spinning enterprises,the reasons for the lag of technical transformation of spinning and winding process in small and medium sized textile enterprises from the aspects of too much labor,low efficiency,large energy consumption,backward cotton spinning production capacity left over by history,large different in spinning frame model and state,and difficulty in transformation of automatic winder with yarn storehouse are elaborated.It is assumed that the innovation and breakthrough of spinning intelligent doffing vehicle,translational collective doffing,tandem type transformation of collective doffing,matching transformation of CNC lathe head,transformation of the yarn feeding system of automatic winder,and the intelligent and automatic detection packaging line of all tube yarn are the trend of technical transfor mation of spinning enterprises.It is pointed out that the textile enterprises should seize the opportunity of technical transformation,through the technical transformation of “short,flat, fast” to make up for the shortcomings of the existing spinning machinery,and take the spinning short vehicle and the automatic winder with yarn storehouse as the key points of technical transformation.The realization of the automation transformation with “four high” is mainly to change the operation with more labor into automation and intellectualization of process,quality and mana gement.The selection of the yarn doffing and feeding equipments should be combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,the transformation of the yarn feeding system of automatic winder should consider the good reliability of spinning collective doffing,and high head-finding rate and productivity.The management and maintenance of textile accessories should be done well in each process,and the textile machinery enterprises should pay attention to the configuration of textile accessories on the basis of the research and development of textile machinery.
