精细化管理在纺织企业的应用与思考

  Abstract:The connotation and development history of fine management are introduced.Taking Luthai Textile as an example，the application of fine management in improving the delivery time，quality，management，cost and efficiency by establishing the overall structure of fine management，the organization of various departments，rules and regulations，process reengineering management and project improvement management are expounded.It is pointed out that fine management is the inevitable choice of textile enterprises from extensive to fine and sustainable development，and it is also the only way for enterprises to become bigger and stronger.Enterprises should have the courage and vigor to reform and innovate，actively discover new horizons，new ideas and new methods，and better promote the development of company.
