摘要:为了解决RY5系列细纱机配件难以采购不能及时更换,影响开车效率等问题,对其卷绕系统进行自动化改造;介绍改造原理和技术创新点,分析电子升降系统、导纱板、隔纱板自动翻转系统、主变频系统改造后的优势。实践表明:改造后的细纱机能实现数字化和智能化控制,使用变频系统设置工艺锭速,实现一键完成工艺调整;变频替换工频,实现纺纱无级调速;使用PLC集成度高,成本低;触摸屏替换文本屏,界面简洁易用,挡车工使用门槛低。指出:卷绕系统是细纱机的核心机构之一,对其进行自动化改造后可降低断头数量,减少粗纱喂入浪费,改纺免换齿轮,节省人工,提高效率。

Automatic Transformation of Winding System of the Spinning Frame of RY5 Series

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the accessories of spinning frame of RY5 series are difficult to purchase and cannot be replaced in time,which affects the starting efficiency,the automatic transformation of winding system of the spinning frame of RY5 series is carried out.The transformation principle and technical innovation points are introduced,and the transformation advantages of electronic lifting system,yarn guide plate,automatic turning over system of balloon separator and main frequency conversion system are analyzed.The practice shows that the transformed spinning frame can realize the digital and intelligent control,use the frequency conversion system to set the spinning speed,and realize the process adjustment by one key,the frequency conversion is used instead of power frequency to realize stepless speed regulation of spinning,the PLC is used with high integration and low costs,and the touch screen is used instead of the text screen,which can make the interface simple and easy to use,and the threshold for the use of workers is low.It is pointed out that the winding system is one of the core mechanisms of spinning frame,the automatic transformation of spinning frame can reduce the number of broken ends and the waste of roving feeding.It is unnecessary to change gears when the spinning varieties are changed,and can save labor and improve efficiency.
