摘要：为了解决聚乙烯醇（PVA）难以生物降解、对环境污染较大的问题，设计开发新型水溶性聚酯浆料，通过测试分析水溶性聚酯浆料的性能指标，并从上浆工艺、浆料配方、浆纱温度及上浆过程控制方面详述新型浆料用于阻燃经纱上浆生产的过程，探讨多层阻燃面料的织造工艺。指出：水溶性聚酯浆料满足阻燃经纱上浆性能的要求，可完全替代PVA浆料；新型浆料粘度低、浆液流动性好，利于浸透；其粘度热稳定性为90.68%，利于经纱均匀上浆，可应用于多层阻燃面料的经纱上浆，提升阻燃混纺面料各项性能指标。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is hard to be biodegraded and causes serious pollution to the environment，a new water-soluble polyester slurry is designed and developed.Performance indicators of the water-soluble polyester slurry are analyzed by tests，the process of the new slurry used for flame-retardant warp sizing is analyzed from the aspects of sizing process，slurry formula，sizing temperature and sizing process control，and the weaving process of multi-layer flame-retardant fabric is discussed.It is pointed out that the water-soluble polyester slurry meets the requirements of the sizing performance of flame-retardant warp yarn，and can completely replace the PVA slurry.The new slurry has low viscosity and good fluidity，which is conducive to infiltration.Its viscosity thermal stability is 90.68%，which is conducive to uniform sizing of warp yarn.It can be used in warp sizing of multi-layer flame-retardant fabrics，and can improve various performance indicators of flameretardant blended fabrics.
