企业资产管理（EAM）系统在纺织企业的应用

摘要：为提升纺织企业设备综合管理水平，介绍企业资产管理（EAM）系统的功能及特性，分析其在设备前期管理模块、预算管理模块、资产管理模块、运行管理模块、故障管理和故障维修管理模块、预防性维护管理模块等十个功能模块的应用效益。指出：企业资产管理（EAM）系统的建设和应用可实现设备前、中、后期的全生命周期管理，使工作效率及设备综合管理水平提升，设备故障率和设备维护成本费用降低，设备故障率由0.8%降至0.5%，项目实施及配件领用更为科学有序。

Application of Enterprise Asset Management（EAM）System in Textile Enterprises

Abstract:In order to improve the level of equipment comprehensive management of textile enterprises,the function and characteristics of enterprise asset management（EAM）system are introduced,the application benefits of EAM system in more than ten functional modules，for example, equipment pre-management module budget management module，asset management module，operation management module，fault management module and fault maintenance management module，preventive maintenance management module,are analyzed.It is pointed out that the construction and application of enterprise asset management（EAM）system can realize the whole life cycle management of equipments in the front,middle and late stages,improve work efficiency and comprehensive management level of equipments,reduce the failure rate and maintenance costs of equipment,and the failure rate of equipment is reduced from 0.8% to 0.5%,and can make the project implementation and accessories receiving more scientific and effective.
