新疆机采棉纺纱工艺实践

摘要：为纺好新疆机采棉，对比机采棉与手摘棉主要性能，介绍用新疆机采细绒棉纺CJ 9.7 tex纱的清梳工艺流程，分析影响清棉设备的主要功能及机采棉的梳理要求；通过清棉工艺优选、梳棉机后部工艺调整及针布配置的试纺结果对比，表明：虽然机采棉各项性能指标差于手摘棉，但已逐步替代手摘棉成为纺纱的主要原料，用好机采棉应根据原料特性优化配棉方案、优选清梳工艺，选用新型梳理器材，做到精细化管理，达到降低消耗、稳定生产的目的。

Spinning Process Practice of Xinjiang Machine-picked Cotton

Abstract:In order to spin the Xinjiang machine-picked cotton well，the main properties of machine-picked cotton and hand-picked cotton are compared，the blowing-carding process of spinning CJ 9.7 tex yarn with Xinjiang machine-picked medium cotton is introduced.The main functions of cleaning equipment and the carding requirements of machine-picked cotton are analyzed.Through the optimization of cleaning process，the process adjustment at the back of carding machine and card clothing configuration，the trial spinning results is shown that although the performance indexes of machine-picked cotton is worse than that of hand-picked cotton，the machine-picked cotton has gradually replaced the hand-picked cotton as the main raw material for spinning.In order to make good use of machine-picked cotton，we should optimize the cotton assorting scheme and the blowing-carding process，select the new carding accessories，and achieve fine management.Only in this way can we reduce consumption and stabilize production.
