碳纤维角联织机开口系统张力网络化控制研究

摘要:为了解决碳纤维角联织机经纱张力网络化控制系统(NCS)存在的网络诱导时延与数据包丢失问题,分析当前先进控制算法和控制技术的不足,对碳纤维角联织机开口系统与送经系统进行动力学分析并建立数学模型,采用切换系统处理方法建立网络控制系统模型并运用Lyapunov函数进行指数稳定性分析,基于网络化控制系统设计一种状态反馈控制器以补偿网络诱导时延与数据包丢失带来的影响,利用TrueTime进行仿真研究。结果表明:兼具时延与丢包的NCS稳定化状态反馈的控制器无超调,稳定速度快,抗干扰性能强,对存在不同的网络诱导时延与数据包丢失都有很好的控制效果,且能够有效提高碳纤维织物质量。

Study on Tension Network Control of Shedding System of Carbon Fiber Multilayer Diagonal Loom

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of network induced delay and data-dropout in the networked control system(NCS)of warp tension of carbon fiber multilayer diagonal loom,the shortcomings of the current advanced control algorithm and control technology are analyzed,the dynamics analysis is carried out and the mathematical model is established of shedding system and let-off system of carbon fiber multilayer diagonal loom,network control system model is established adopting switching system processing method and exponential stability analysis is conductd using the Lyapunov function.A state feedback controller is designed based on networked control system to compensate the influence of network induced delay and data-dropout,and TrueTime is used for simulation research.The results show that the NCS stabilization state feedback controller with both delay and dropout has no overregulation,high stability speed,strong anti-interference performance,good control effect on different network induced delay and data-dropout,and can effectively improve the quality of carbon fiber fabric.
